How do I place an order?
1. Visit www.drinkdrystore.com and register your contact details to create an account.
2. Browse by Brand, Occasion, or Category and select the product(s) you want to buy by clicking “Add to Cart".
3. A pop up will appear where you can choose the pack size, add other products or remove selected products from your cart.
4. Once you are happy with your selection, click "Checkout" and follow the steps on the screen.
5. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order number and product details. Please check your contact details are filled in correctly and get in touch with sales@drinkdrystore.com if you need to make any changes.
Why have I not received confirmation of my order, but my payment has been taken?

What if my order is incomplete?
Please note that we only charge you for items that we deliver to you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by incomplete orders.

What if my order has damaged items on arrival?

If I change my mind, how can I change/cancel my order?

If you have made the purchase online with a credit card, payment will be reversed in 3-5 business days.
When will out of stock products be restocked?
We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. There are times when we will continue to show products that are out of stock so that you have access to the product details or to enable you to buy at a later date. We try our best to re-stock the product at our earliest. This might take a few days as most of our products are imported from the UK, Belgium, Spain and other countries.
2- Returns
How can I request a Return?
We do not accept returns for perishable goods such as drinks. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
3- Delivery
What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?
Dubai Deliveries: Available daily, within Dubai city limits. Order before 4pm for Same Day Delivery. Order placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day.
Abu Dhabi Deliveries: Now scheduled every Friday, and limited to addresses within Abu Dhabi city limits.
Other Emirates: At this time, we are unable to deliver outside of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Do you ship internationally?
No, right now our deliveries are limited within UAE( Dubai & Abu Dhabi )only.
How can I track my shipment?
Currently, we do not have a live order tracking on the website. The status of your order is updated to you via SMS on a regular basis. In case you need any urgent updates on your order status, please WhatsApp our Customer Care team.

Is delivery free? If No, what is the minimum amount of purchase required for free of charge delivery?
Our delivery fee is AED 25. Orders over AED 250 qualify for free shipping.
Is there any limit on the quantity, weight, or dimension of the product that I can purchase online?
There are no such limits. Feel free to order as many of your favourite drinks as you wish.
Can I cancel the order after dispatch but before the scheduled delivery date? If so, then how will the refund be processed?
No. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
What if I receive an incorrect product? Can the correct product be delivered on priority?
If an incorrect product is delivered due to the mistake of Drink Dry, it will be replaced with the correct product within a targeted time frame of 1-2 working days (subject to availability).
What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery? Can I reschedule it? Will there be any charges for the same?
Yes, delivery can be rescheduled for the next available date. If you do not accept delivery for over 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the invoice, and a store credit will be issued.
Can I nominate someone else to receive the delivery on my behalf?
Yes, you can nominate, but we would like to have a copy of his/her ID at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service in advance to nominate the recipient.
Can I change the delivery address after I have purchased the product online?
Yes, you can change the delivery address before delivery, subject to the new location being in the same city. Please call our customer service team on +971 50 705 5461. Please note there may be some locations where we cannot make deliveries.
Can I add more items to the existing order and include them in the same delivery?
Existing orders cannot be amended to add new products. You can raise a new order for additional products.

Cash on Delivery
If you choose to pay cash on delivery, please make sure you select that as an option when placing your order. Our drivers carry change.
