As our loyal customers, you’re aware how here at Drink Dry we are all about allowing people to discover new and completely unique drinking experiences, by stocking premium brands from all over the world. We aim to take you on a journey with every sip, but now we’re taking that experience one step further with our new exclusive evening.

We are hosting an evening in collaboration with Roberto’s luxury Italian restaurant, so that 50 lucky people can have their eyes opened to new ways of drinking, perfectly paired with a fine dining experience. The event will take place on Wednesday the 30th of March to celebrate Ramadan, at Roberto’s restaurant which is located in the heart of the Dubai Financial Centre. Since its opening to critical acclaim back in 2012, Roberto’s has gone from strength to strength as a location for authentic and innovative Italian dining. Both Drink Dry and Roberto’s have proved they care and take pride in providing their customers with an experience that’s both refined, yet bold and daring. That’s what makes this such a perfect partnership.

At the event, Roberto’s will celebrate Ramadan by debuting their new and limited-time menu, which guests will be able to taste as canapés. This exclusive menu will be paired with 7 Drink Dry non-alcoholic cocktail pairings created by none other than 9 Star Michelin Chef Enrico Bartollini and Roberto's lead mixologist, allowing guests to socialise at the bar while discovering a world of new flavour!

Bartolini is currently the only chef in the history of the Michelin guide to be awarded 4 stars at once, and his work is characterised by his individuality and entrepreneurial approach. This, combined with the skill and expertise of Roberto’s head mixologist, is sure to create a 0.0% cocktail no one will ever forget. The exclusive cocktail will even be premixed and sealed to maximise deliciousness, with the wax seals only being broken at the event itself.
