Ingredients

50ml Warner's Zero Double Juniper Dry
2 sprigs thyme
10ml apple juice
20ml mint cordial
Soda water

Instructions

1. Muddle pear, thyme, and apple juice
2. Add Warner's Juniper Double Dry, mint cordial and ice into a highball glass
3. Mix ingredients
4. Top up with soda water
5. Garnish with pear slices
