INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Caleño Light & Zesty
- 10ml Vanilla syrup
- 25ml Passion fruit purée
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fresh Passion fruit
- Cubed ice
- Alcohol Free Sparkling wine
- Fill a clean shaker with ice and pour in Caleño Light & Zesty with the vanilla syrup, passion fruit purée & lime juice.
- Give it a shake until icy cold.
- Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and sieve your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit floating on top of the cocktail.
- Add a little extra fizz with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
