On the palate, experience a vibrant fusion of pineapple, coconut, ginger, kola nut, black cardamom, lime, and a subtle touch of sweetness in the finish.

TROPICAL MOJITO
INGREDIENTS:
- Caleño Dark & Spicy - 50ml
- 1 Fresh lime (cut in wedges)
- Sugar syrup (2:1) - 15ml
- Fresh mint - 6-8 leaves
- Soda water
- Crushed ice
- Smack the mint in the palm of your hand to release the oils.
- Put the mint into a highball glass and add in the lime wedges -muddle these together to release the juices.
- Pour in Caleño Dark & Spicy and sugar syrup.
- Give it a stir with a cocktail spoon to combine the flavors and then top with soda water.
- Garnish with a large sprig of mint down the side of the glass & a wedge of lime on top.
