The Babylon spritz is a new take on a well known Aperitif but with the familiar bitterness and complexity of this special drink. Using regional ingredients such as tamarind, allspice and hibiscus, it has been put through a lovingly crafted distillation process to create an elevated 0% non-alcoholic take on the classic.
100% Chardonnay grape variety is used to make this gently sparkling & refreshing wine. A real Blanc de Blancs, you will be surprised by it’s dry and intense taste.
Carbonated and used 2 salts, Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid, to provide the perfect balance of fizz and bitterness. The Soda Water brightens any cocktail and is refreshing to drink solo.
