Caleño Light & Zesty is a totally tropical, gin-alternative, distilled with a zesty mix of 10 botanicals - like pineapple, lemon peel and Colombian inca berry - to serve up a serious taste sensation. 100% Chardonnay grape variety is used to make this gently sparkling & refreshing wine. A real Blanc de Blancs, you will be surprised by it’s dry and intense taste.

TROPICAL PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Caleño Light & Zesty
10ml Vanilla syrup
25ml Passion fruit purée
15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
Fresh Passion fruit
Cubed ice
Alcohol Free Sparkling wine

METHOD:

Fill a clean shaker with ice and pour in Caleño Light & Zesty with the vanilla syrup, passion fruit purée & lime juice.
Give it a shake until icy cold.
Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and sieve your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with half a passion fruit floating on top of the cocktail.
Add a little extra fizz with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
